The client had a booming business for 15+ years and was using traditional marketing methods, they also had very strong referral systems in place.
But in the last 6 months, before joining us, they had experienced a sudden drop in leads, customers, and overall business.
They still had a good name in the industry but they did not have a strong digital presence with a website that looked dated.
There was also no lead generation funnel in place on the site and had very little to no content on the website.
The site structure wasn’t SEO-friendly at all with daily traffic being below 50.
They had been burnt by a so-called digital marketing consultant who basically did not do anything except for getting his paycheque.
This made getting them to invest in Facebook advertising a huge challenge.
Our Strategy
From the initial audit insights, we realized that the digital presence and brand awareness are going to be the starting points for this client.
We started off by helping the client create tons of video content for social media.
Then we ran the Golden Ads Strategy to start the brand awareness and engagement campaigns as the plan was to pair that with the Lead gen campaign at a later point.
We wanted to give the client some quick wins so he feels more confident working with us so we successfully helped the client come up with 4 different Lead Magnets.
With our help, the client created a whole Lead-flow and funnel by using their BIG offline name.
We started running the Leadgen campaigns in the third week with the Rapid Fire Testing Method.
The Results
Within the next 3 weeks, we had garnered 349 new leads and 7 new paid deals.
We found 5 Winning ad creative assets and a winning audience formula.
The CPL was less than $4 with a CPA below $200.The client had 340+ leads in the funnel and all this happened within the first 8 weeks.
The Golden Ads Strategy produced huge engagement and retargeting audiences on the side.
The Challenges
The client had been burned by a previous agency that spent $10K on Facebook ads without real results.
We did not have any landing pages or offers to work with and the pixel data was all messed up as the agency was using its own pixel instead of the client’s pixel.
We had 45 days to prove ourselves – the client was cautious after having burned in the past.
Our Strategy
Complete pixel installation – we couldn’t afford to lose data so we worked with the client to come up with a Freemium Model.
We identified 2 products to test for the freemium model and created 4 different landing pages for the Freemium strategy.
We had an email marketing strategy for follow-up, a retargeting funnel strategy and the audience strategy was based on competitors, interests, job titles, and Lookalikes.
The Results
The results skyrocketed in the very first month with Free plus shipping cost per result as low as $5.40.
ROAS even for freemium products was positive because of the shipping charges with 900+ purchases recorded after the first month, Cost per purchase for core products below $8, And ROAS for core products jumped to 10.64% just from Facebook ads.
Email marketing conversion from a free product to a core product was 37% and AOV was increased using bundle offers.

We had to prove our points by challenging the methodologies that had not worked well for them over the past six months.
The client had some negative feedback on their Facebook page as well as on Google as their site structure wasn’t SEO friendly and was hurting their overall SEO efforts.

When you really want to get your brand recognized and start building an audience that will follow you till the end of the earth, you need a full marketing plan, not just one channel.
After having produced mediocre results on their own for 6 months, they came on board and after 6 months with us, their multi-channel marketing began to build traction.
